Manufacturing

More and more products and electrical systems are energized by batteries batteries. Products like Cars, Trucks, Tools, home appliances, communication devices, phones, lamps, balancing of the electrical utility system... The products was traditionally equipped with technology for fossil fuel or direct connection to the grid. Battery powered products require a new after market functionality in order to monitor the status of the battery and provide adequate after sales services and ultimately guarantee that the battery is recycled. iDoRe LCM Processes monitors in real time the event ledger of the battery and present this in real time to the manufacturer.

Usage

After Sales Service Providers needs to adopt to a new technology where the battery pack of any product represents a significant value and are essential for the products functionality. This requires completely new processes and knowledge how to provide adequate services and spare parts as well as how to handle the secondary use or scrapped battery pack. Recycling

After the battery cells are used for its primary (and secondary) use the battery cells needs to be recycled. This is not only a requirement from EU and other authorities but also a sound economical and environmental use of natural resources. The recycling inbound processes requires involvement of Service Partners for dismantle and Logistic Partners for safe transportation. It is essential to have a life cycle ledger of each battery cell (battery pass) in order to be able to guarantee the correct process for the reuse processing.
